Home buying tips
The average household at around an 80-85k income can afford a home about $270-$300k, not $400-$500k and that's at 80-85k which half of Americans don't even make.

Do you want to move to that perfect place?
I live next to a corn field every other Summer. What is really freaky is going outside in July and listening to the corn talk. That took me a bit to get used to. LOL!
Do you need a local Realtor for the area you want to move to?

I’d like to compile data with how quickly a city goes on his crap list after his best list. I think 5 years of good word of mouth is enough to ruin almost anywhere.

Most of these cities doesn’t have diversity and flaunt their Racism heavily!! Good luck being from elsewhere, especially Arkansas Virginia Kansas Iowa and famously the Racist Saturated Mormon state Utah!! Good luck, I’d rather have my coffee and liquor states, he’s way off the mark!!

@Worldview--TV-1Lived in rochester for years, loved it. Peaceful, commutes are smooth, close to Minneapolis and affordable with a solid local economy because of mayo clinic
@traquezverdell7134Funny thing enough I’m watching this video like a 5 minute drive away from Overland Park 😭 it’s fine not a bad place to live
@randomstuffwithjo4492Over 50 percent of people in Utah can’t do 10 pushups 😂
@King-oj8hrWas surprised that you're from the southbay area, thats where I was born and raised. Redondo Beach/Torrance and then Gardena
@rosoritosevery person i know that has lived in cedar rapids has become a drug addict and is in prison now
@johncenaismygreatgrandfatherProvo??? Good luck if ur not Mormon lol
@rredbull1642I prefer Hallandale beach Florida and Hollywood Florida, beautiful cities good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities, and good night life, the cities help with small businesses and are building new communities and you're in the center of south Florida.❤️📈✌🏻

@luvslogistics1725I really appreciated how this video brings attention to cities that often fly under the radar—places where charm, livability, and affordability converge. Instead of focusing only on big metros, it highlights hidden gems that can actually offer more value—and perhaps a better quality of life—than crowded coastlines or expensive urban centers.
If you had to pick one of these overlooked cities to move to—were it for lower cost of living, community vibe, or hidden cultural attractions—what kind of factors would matter most to you? And do you think moving beyond the major hubs could lead to a richer, more grounded lifestyle?
Plano is a hard pass because of Jerry Jones stench
@WhtIfIToldUThank you for all of this information!!
@ToonoirI am from southeast VA and I appreciate that you at least know how to pronounce Norfolk 🤣
@stefbnks02Another realtor video
@Zmt42Shot here in California farmers markets are way more expensive than whole foods
@Sodamachine62Thank you very much for these suggestions my investmentmants I just turned 52 and Im from Canada it's to cold but thank you again 😊😊
@Jonloce44Whole foods are sourced by the same resources as regular grocery stores, just priced more. Its not like a farmers market, not a good one.
@dwightschrute6387Grew up in provo utah most my life if you dont mind dealing with college kids and streets being packed because the BYU games then it's for you. Me personally i moved to salt lake city.
@OkenTVSoutheast Virginia is not really a nice place
@PokéPuristMost of Arkansas is not a place to live. They passed a law to allow the homeless to take over your home n then you have to take them to court to get them out n in the mean time they sell everything in the home n could get to stay in your home. I live in Clay county n they us this to say they are crime free and its not true at all. Piggott Arkansas has been on a curfew since the last ice storm in 2009. There's no jobs here either because drugs are that big of a problem
@prudencepritchett2282great list of trumptowns
@LanceHayabusaPlease note, the locals refer to VAB, Norfolk, Hampton, Chesapeake and Newport News as Hampton Roads and/or Tidewater.
Having lived in Virginia Beach for 10 years, I can't agree with you about it having friendly neighborhoods. I found quite the contrary. The military has a huge presence with people being constantly being transferred in and out. No one seemed to stay long enough to care about neighborhood interactions. In addition, the locals mostly go to the Outer Banks for vacation because of the deplorrable behaviors at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Past the Oceanfront, Virginia Beach is just suburban sprawl with a lot of cheaply built homes and big price tags. I retired while there and couldn't wait to get out. It's a boring as hell.
don't go to lincon, terrible winters, nothing to do
@michaelm4514Low Crime......
@glenoneill3950texas, the south n cold weather places.
@kevingleason2587Give us some places under $400,000 for a house and low crime and some jobs.
