Just act really crazy . I got out screaming my legs my legs while jumping up and down . Then shout get the police and an ambulance. They quickly got in their car and drove away

Just call the police, let them discuss the accident with the other party and keep your dashcam footage secret - but tell your insurance company so that THEY can sue the scammers for fraud. IN this video those two crooks will just do this gain to someone else; the object is to get them in court and get them criminal records.
