Please, please, please, can you make any necessary arrangements with YouTube to remove the ads in the middle of meditation? This is a great video, but its target is completely ruined by the ads.

Itβs not a bad video, but the transitions could be a little smoother. There were 3 different transitions where I was somewhat snapped out of meditation state.

Healing take times but hard to come back to practice once advert shatters your calm peaceful state.
