Buhu because there is a way to farm extremely efficiently by going out of your way the game has become unplayable. Either you play with other people you know who have external reasons to not do these if others don't like them or you are at a place where the server is probably going to regulate these glitches anyways. All that happened by removing 0 Tick is that some people lost s cool tool for extremising minecrfat
