Happy this works for others but it sounds like there isn't even a space, let alone a period between each fact. That lack of pause between ideas made the whole thing feel frantic to me and gave me anxiety.

This would for sure be an amazing video for me... if it weren't for the lattest Youtube updates to ad frequency and length. Now not only must i hear two ads every 5-10 minutes while trying to sleep, but also, i keep encountering whole videos about cryptos, AIs and even freaking casinos that are several minutes long put up as ads that become unskipable due to literally trying to go to sleep

The last few weeks have been horrible, my grandad being in the hospital I found it so stressful to try to rest, and genuinely your videos helped me calm down at night and eventually get to sleep. Sadly he passed away this morning but I wanted you to know your videos got me through this nightmare of a time and I’ll be continuing to listen to get me through this time too, thank you for these great and calming videos 💜

these are such great videos. when i’m sitting and scrolling, listening to these give me some random facts i didn’t know before hand. When i put everything down, the chill but not overly quiet voice helps me doze off. I think if you could, maybe number each fact?

Maybe work on pausing between facts. You jump topics so quickly that sometimes I don't immediately realize you you're talking about something completely new and not just expounding on the previous topic.
