Awesome vid! However i am more curious about more simple tools, like Trello, Kanbanq, Notion, etc. Things that are designed for small teams or solo ppl. There seems to a lot of great complex tools, like asana, linear, clickup, motion, etc. But not many simple ones.
More User Perspectives
Thanks for the breakdown! Besides Trello, Monday, and Asana, I’ve been also experimenting with Workstatus for managing tasks, and it’s been pretty handy so far.
@TonyThomas6300Great video, I have tried Asana, and I use Trello. We are a small team, so Trello is great, and we take more features in use as the team grows. I'm not sure if Trello's automations are a new feature, but they do exist :)
@ClinicalInnovation-infoThanks for sharing. So helpful swimming in possibilities. I feel like I'm narrowing down my options.
@GurumantraKhalsa-h4tDo you know of a company that would help recommend what's best for my business and help set everything up?

@ДмитрийСитников-в5еI appreciate the video. What would you suggest for an executive assistant for a small realtor team? I really like the integration with Monday, but Asana seems like the recommended for a small team.
@KateF-f3tMonday has a 3 team members cap. So (in its paid form) it is not suited for solo entrepreneurs, unfortunately as you will always have to pay for at least 3 licenses.
@utiniposungu1221What do you think about YouTrack?
@TechDEEMA very good video without all the promotion that makes choosing project management software so difficult. For my part, I will now try Trello, which seems to suit me best.
@larsenochsson8388Great explanation! Thanks
@leonardovieiraborba7555dont choose trello - trello is good but the support is awful - in fact there is none. they even direct you to the FAQ's supports community for account issues - wit?!
@ESL-SMThank you very much, this helps a loooot!
@SpokaziJojowhich is best for a small business (1-3) people who wants something simple that doesn't cause any confusion. We do construction.
@DylThornsExcellent explanation of the 3 apps. I'll go with Asana for my small team. Thanks!
