21:12 Just FYI - that roller shutter door in the middle of shot was replaced by 2 wooden doors for the scene in Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows (part 1), where the trio kidnap the ministry workers and take their places. Just around the corner behind there is also where the Red Phone box was positioned in the 5th movie where Harry & Arthur Weasley enter the Ministry of Magic.
