There is such a thing as artisanal chocolate, made by an Artisan Chocolatier, so it shouldn't be so confusing to imagine artisanal candy, or the more technical term confectionery. The overpriced candy you bought here is pretty much all just marked-up bulk candy, but I would never scoff at $40 for a bag that size of actually handmade artisanal chocolate/confectionery candy.

@artyomsherwin648That small store that has very affordable candies look much more cleaner the candies are covered unlike the pirate store one everything is just out in the open doesn't look very hygienic as to kids can sneeze or cough on them or even touch it with their bare hands.
