STRONG for LIFE!!! This 45-minute full-body strength workout is all about functional training! This workout is going to build muscle, improve your balance, and strengthen your core! We will work through 6 circuits and include lots of compound exercises. No muscle is left unworked in this one! This workout is not only challenging, it's also fun!

45-MINUTE FULL-BODY FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
love this workout! a bit of boot-camp style thrown in. Do more of these! for the overhead row to chest press, I went to 20# but used both hands for the overhead, that made it the right balance for that then a single handed chest press.
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 35lbs / 4.5 - 15.8kg. Today is a medium-range lift day!
