You may not realise it but you have access to an unfair advantage that everyone else does. But most people haven't unlocked this yet, and it's your communication skills.

The moment you learn how to communicate better, not only does your career improve, your relationships become deeper and more meaningful And you'll find yourself being able to influence your life in the direction you want.

OKayY. Lovvveee what you guys are doing over there, TEAM HAS THAT TUNED IN ENERGYYYYYY. :D SO in honor of the goodness, I say this counts as an extra like and subscribe. That's for you, Peter. . Vinh, yea, don't fire Pete, don't you do it (you love him too much anyway;) THANKS.

And the hate comments? Felt that right in the low sternum :0 ooooofff hahahh. Taking inaccurate feedback like a champ man! Nice!
At the same time, one (this one, me, i'm talking about me now) simply can't ignore the curiosity, wondering what kind of protective origins people have to experience to experience you that way. Anywho, I'm borderline rambling now ;P I'll go find a video of your about conversation framework. ✌

My jaw hit the floor with how excessively mean people are to you!! I'd like to see them try to do what you're doing! I'd be willing to bet these people haven't mastered any of those skills that they're criticizing you for. They act like they have it all figured out I highly doubt that. You really don't deserve that type of negativity. You are such a kind person, you're very giving, and you're hilarious! From one yellow to another, I adore your content and you deserve praise for all the good you e created!! I'm going to toastmasters group and I can tell you it is not easy to adopt hand gestures and pauses when you're speaking in front of a group for the first time (or even the 17th time). It takes YEARS of practice and failure to get to the level you're at. 👏🏼👏🏼

Replace advice with curiosity. Influence happens when You shift someone else's behavior, feelings, thoughts and actions. Open ended questions followed by a "Tell Me more" is an undoubtably go to. When You understand negativity as a dirty sock that someone throws You to make You vibe low, You refuse to keep it. People loves to be around of those that lighten the mood. Thanks.

I have learned so many things from u about communication skills thank u vin❤

@hiyabrahma2833
@

Summary:

Use storytelling

Use light, curious questions

Open-ended questions (starting with "what," "how," "why," or "tell me more about") ask like that

Understand that negativity is a "gift" offered to you; if you don't accept it, it remains with the giver

Listen without interrupting, judging, or immediately giving advice

Master the pause
