Doesn't really help...I havefire Stick 4K. I've done a factory reset, and I've disabled or reset everything you could possibly imagine including the things you mentioned. It's still running worse than ever, I can only assume whatever it takes to connect to their servers and run this thing has gotten more and more demanding over the years.
