I believe the advice on cereal is USA- specific. In Europe and other parts of the world, we have plenty of no added sugar cereals. And sure - for some people, cereal won’t be a good option, but for many it very much can be. I would certainly count oats as a ‘cereal’ and consider them to be able to be part of a healthy diet. If you’re worried about blood sugar spike from a carb heavy stat to the day, add seeds, nuts, natural yogurt or similar.

This is so amazing because I’m pregnant and I started to feel nauseous all the sudden. Mind you, I never feel nauseous! So I was like, “What’s wrong with my body right now?” And the Holy Spirit often gives me wisdom about my diet and health, and He kept prompting me to drink more water. Felt IMMEDIATELY better once I started drinking more. Then I also felt convicted about not eating too much junk food, so you’re really confirming things for me! Turns out that’s not so healthy when you’re pregnant and I should opt for more protein over sugar. Thank you and God Bless!!

Last year I was carnivore and this year I modified to a balanced animal based/whole food, low carb way of eating. I eat my.cupcakes here and there though. The changes of eating and prayer helped bring healing to the pcos diagnosis.

Im newly pregnant now. Idk how I feel about taking supplements and vitamins. I rather eat foods that allow.me.to naturally get the nutrients.

Any suggestions of what to eat to avoid prenatal vitamins?

I have incorporated oatmeal with dried cranberries and walnuts, or banana using milk and light brown sugar for breakfast, however, after eating 3 meals a day, I’m waking up in middle of night hungry, and I’m soooo lacking exercise!!!’ Ugh

Hi, my name is Anna. I’ve been watching for about a year. I recently had an emergency c section, and 5 months later I’m pregnant again 😳😳😳can I try to have a natural birth with this baby? I’m really anxious about going to Dr again as I know they’ll just pooop all over this. Can you weigh in. 😍 I was being induced, had got to 3cm/50/-2 in 12 hrs. OBGYN came in and decided to break my water, for noooo reason, than I’d been going for 12hrs, she said “let’s just speed this up”. Baby’s head was not in position, cord came down before head. Rushed to ER had an emergency C section, general anesthesia, no time for spinal block/epidural. Baby delivered safely & was healthy 8lbs 14oz. Never want to go through that again, pregnant again want a mid wife birthing room vbac delivery. Is this possible? Found a beautiful mid wife who loves the lord near me, and just want Him and His presence in this next delivery! No hospitals/procedures/ their timelines etc…☹️

Hello, I recently subscribed - awesome channel. Can you PLEASE do a video on tips for a successful NATURAL birth at a HOSPITAL??? (Unless you did and I missed it) because although I would 100% prefer a home birth with a midwife ... there is a huge shortage of midwives right now in my region, and currently it’s looking like I have to work with a Doctor 😕 because everyone is fully booked! Thank you! (And thank you for all that you do)

I love Magic Spoon cereal! 😍It's high in protein and low in carbs and sugar! A great alternative to those sugary store bought cereals 😃

I keep Three Wishes Cereal on hand for my toddler to snack on, and if we need a quick breakfast because it is chickpea flour, pea protein, and the plain one had no added sugar. (I usually eat the flavored, but it has very little sugar.) Healthy cereal is out there if you look hard enough!

Why does WIC provide so much milk and cereal? I eat more cereal when pregnant than any other time because it's the food WIC gives the most of, although I try to do mostly cream of wheat and oatmeal

Thanks for a idea on evening snacking on apple with peanut butter! I would've never thought of that combination, tried it today and it tastes great and I don't feel hungry no more.

Grape nut cereal has more protein than sugar and is whole grain

@windedWhistler1645

There are definitely healthy cereals! Especially when you choose a healthy milk with it! Kashi Go Crush peanut butter has 10 grams of protein and the milk I use is ripple milk. It’s got 8 grams of pea protein with tons of omegas, zero sugar and 50% more calcium than regular dairy milk. The other cereal I use is Catalina Crunch Keto Friendly cinnamon toast. 11 grams of protein with zero sugar! And pair it with the ripple milk you’re getting almost 20 grams of protein just with cereal! I also add bananas and or strawberries or blueberries :)

Seconding a few commenters, I am almost 8 weeks and have pretty significant morning sickness and aversions! I can’t even smell eggs, most meats, or anything spicy or strong flavored. Which were all of my favorites. I’ve tried doing healthy things like bananas and grapes, and even they make me throw up. Too much water, throwing up. I’m doing the unasom and vitamin b (and sometimes just the vitamin b with crackers makes me throw up). Can I make this all up later once it subsides?

@Alexis_9339

I’m going to tell you something funny. I don’t have kids. I don’t currently intend to have kids. I DO have PTSD and severe anxiety… and I love your videos because the friendly and supportive attitude you speak with makes me feel less anxious 😅

@valeriereed7654

What do you suggest for moms in their first trimester that are struggling with food aversions? Before pregnancy, I ate an extremely healthy (mostly Paleo) diet. I have struggled with severe nausea and vomiting (as I did with my first as well) and while that is starting to ease up now that I'm in week 11, I haven't touched meat or veggies pretty much since I found out I was pregnant. They taste and smell horribly!
