WATCH NEXT:

Sacramento housing policies have ruined Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Wildomar. Too much high density, affordable and low income housing crammed into the cities with ZERO regard for road infrastructure. Additionally, buyers beware as property tax bills can be crazy with special assessments added in.

I never experienced traffic thru Temecula as being too bad, certainly nothing to the way it stacks up just south of Corona. Getting past the 15 and 91 interchange has always been a bear for decades./

I once heard of a guy living in Temecula whose job was as a longshoreman in the ports. I always thought that constituted a misuse of the national highway system
. Eisenhower did not get the interstates built so you could live ninety miles from your job, buddy.

90-95 is NOT hot for summertime heat. Try living in 105-115+ in summer. I would take the 90-95 degree heat, that is a walk in the park.

Lived in the first big tract off temescal cyn and 15 back in 86. 15 was wide open between 91 and rancho California. Glad I got out before it turned into a parking lot.

If it’s not your thing, then move to Brawley

@blondfuz

Temecula is a great city to live and raise a family. However the traffic is horrible!!!!!! I ended up moving to Menifee. Traffic is still bad. Commenters coming from San Diego who live in Menifee need to drive through Temecula to get to Menifee. The issue here is over development of new homes. With that it creates more traffic. Temecula needs to STOP building new homes. It is just to crowded here.

@josesoliz3519
@

I live in Murrieta, and I have zero issues or complaints. This guy is crazy. People this guy is all BS.

@jessevelasquez3847

I live in the foothills of Orange County 15 minutes from Newport Beach and I wouldn’t trade it for Riverside County🤔

@johnreyes1749

Newscum is well on his way to destroying California. If I had the choice I would never choose California to live in unless you are very wealthy.

@heyjenknee
@

Maybe the Democratic Party can bring in another 40 million of illegal criminals from foreign countries to make it even more crowded. 😂

@lg5683

Had to go to a seminar at Pechanga casino. Stayed at a motel old town. Don't remember the name. What a dump. Found a switchblade and a bag of drugs next to the bed? What a scary night.

@seabreeze2792

TRAFFIC SUCKS . It just keeps getting worse. The 15 freeway is jammed from 2:00 PM to ?

@seabreeze2792

I just wasted 59 seconds having to listen to stupid music.

Too many ppl too much trafic, tha planing city planing is bad, winshester rd it across murrieta temecula from Hemet, 1000.00 Street lights. Too expensive. A lots of conservative ppl.

@01Astek

Temecula has no jobs not affordable, Hot as hell. Have to drive to LA or San Diego to look foe nightlife and good restaurants and culture..

@ImaCrabby1-fl1do
@

Yes, and besides from being too far on summer days, the heat is so extreme you must have your air conditioner working 24/7 very expensive, solar panels those are not cheap either you het into lease contracts or get a new debt to pay for them bit Maintainance has another toll. Traffic, worse nightmare and unfortunately, there are not proyects in the horizon to build another and newer modern road or roads to get in time to jobs. If they keep voting for democrats the roads and lack of afordable well planned housing will be nill (nada) everywhere in California.

@Mangiomolto
@

Too contested....there is an old volcano there

@DPaulLeDesma
@

We lived there in 1990. The population was 27,000. It was so small that it was hard to find an open restaurant at 7pm on a Sunday.

@RamblinRoadies

Temecula is the best. I've lived in Temecula for 30 years. Murrieta is also great. You can't stop progress. It's busy because people love Temecula Murrieta Valley. I remember the small town feel but I love all the people.

@joerainbow

That place is full of Newly weds, Nearly dead's and crackheads

NO SHIT SHERLOCK 😂 TEMECULA IS A COOL ASS PLACE

Here's a new flash for all of you: I visited Temucula in 1986. It was a tiny little town with vineyards. Totally charming. You couldn't give me enough money to live there in 2025.

@boogiebabe67

Do you have a video on Leucadia/Encinitas? If not you should! I'm born and raised here and watching times change is wild !💔

I lived in Temecula I enjoyed living there didn't have to drive far to go shopping, eateries.

@sweets6865

Temecula is too hot

@josiegraham2591
@

Once you live in San Diego, about 10 miles from the coast, everything else is a compromise, including Temecula. Traffic is abysmal. It took me two hours to drive from Temecula to a bit north of Mira Mesa. That's insane.

@davepaturno4290
@

It's extremely overpopulated,,, Your cell service is absolutely horrible no matter what carrier you have... Plugged up city streets because of traffic lights with intersections,,, roundabouts need to be installed everywhere to keep traffic flowing...

@v1-vr-rotatev2-vy_vx31
@

The houses are way too close to each other. I don't understand why the planners allow this to happen. Oh, besides more tax revenue.

@jimmyjames6318
@

Temecula gets too hot.

@herrickinman9303

Just save more money and buy a place in Newport

@musicme713
