Sehr witzig gemacht, mit den Akzenten! So sprechen die meisten Österreicher wirklich Englisch!

According to Alfons, there are 6 very important rules you need to follow when you are in Vienna, like adopting the Viennese grumpy face. It's an effective weapon to defend yourself against the fundraisers on the Mariahilfer Straße. It's also good to know how to express if you are tired of waiting at the supermarket line by shouting "Zweite Kassa, bitte!" or that you might be called a schwindligs Rauschkind if you don't know how to behave on the tram (or Bim - how the Viennese call it). The escalator rule is the most important one - don't break it!

I might heul, you can also tu this in Germany very similar 🤣💕 esp. Kasse 2!!

Welcome to Austria!

Fundraisers? So that's how beggars in sleeping bags are called now. Okay.

I just had a stopover at the Vienna airport....one of the worst experiences I've had which is saying something when it comes to air travel. I was half expecting to be spanked or jailed or both. Makes the Balkans feel like Florida.

My boyfriend and me commented on a Video that was about escalators and I said:"In Austria we kick ppl from the escalator when they stand left" and he immediately went:"I was there-experienced it myself" 😂😂😂😂

Take these rules and apply them to London

"They need to learn manners", this quote is true for some people who travel. I recall visiting the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, and be blown away by people ignoring signs. Touching historic vehicles, just not respecting the museum, or the staff there. It was sad, and these were full fledge adults, kids I can kinda give them a pass, but adults. If your welcome to someones country, the least you can do is be polite and respectful.

As a Piefke from Munich, I must humbly admit that these rules apply to Minga as well, without the Schmäh of course.

At this point in all Austrian cities:

Have something to defend yourself and know how to use it.
If you need it you will really need it.
