RECIPES:

#1 - 100g banana, 100g pineapple, 100g mango, 45g vanilla whey & 300ml coconut milk.

Buy discounted bananas that are going off, peel, bag and freeze them on day of purchase = cheap frozen fruit. Also, mill the oats and keep in a jar, makes blending easier.
For one step weirder, rinse and dry out eggshells, mill them and then add 1/2 - 1 tsp to a smoothie for a free calcium and mineral boost. Always better with the avian excrement removed, hence the rinse.

#2 - 60g blackberries, 60g strawberries, 60g blueberries, 60g raspberries, 45g strawberry whey & 300ml coconut milk.

#3 - 150g pineapple, 1 small avocado (roughly 100g), a few spinach leaves (roughly 5-10g), small chunk of ginger, 45g vanilla whey, teaspoon of complete greens, juice of a lime, 15g honey, ice & 300ml almond milk.

Too Much Calories and Protin ❤❤❤❤❤

— @SmoothiesSaga

#4 - 150g banana, 25g peanut butter, 20g nutella, 45g chocolate whey, ice and 250ml skimmed milk.

#5 - 120g raspberries, 120g strawberries, 45g white choc coconut vegan protein powder & 300ml almond milk.

Got a blender and have been trying to have a bunch of smoothies and I legit do not understand it at all. They all taste pretty gross and are way too thick if you fill anything past the 1/3 mark. Are they supposed to be like this or am I doing something wrong? It's just not appetitizing at all and a legit chore to try and drink, like I have to force myself to do it and it's disgusting no matter what ingredients go in. I don't get why you wouldn't just eat them whole.

— @アイスクリーム-u8s

#6 - Bulking Smoothie - 125g banana, 100g dates, 25g almond butter, 30g oats, 45g banana whey and 300ml oat milk.

#7 - No protein powder protein smoothie - 150g banana, 150g strawberries, 170g fat free greek yogurt, 300ml skimmed milk and 20g honey.

Is it possible to use regular milk for these?

I make a lot of yogurt and cheese so I have tons of liquid cultured whey remaining from those recipes. Yeah mate, yogurt in li'l tubs can be expensive. Making it a gallon at a time using a spoonful of yogurt from a li'l tub as the starter culture saves tons of money and cuts out gums, fillers, and stabilizers.
