and when will the Supreme Court give Washingtonians their AR15 rights back???
@homebridgeinspectionsCan't we replace "Autopen" Jackson with a box of rocks? We would probably get a more intellectual opinion. The Department of Wildlife Resources call them "posted" signs.
@rogerammons6964Hanna Indiana checking in.
@ronaldkuehlSecond Admemndment also part of our Constution, whether it be 1st or 10th they're all part of our Bill Rights
@marianlucas2947Nothing in this case involves the right to exclude. What is KBJ on here? The case is about the state taking a default positive stance counter to common law without the property owner's consent.
@jordanpavlic9745Wow! Justice Jackson is ignorant. There is not a single state in the Union that has a trespass by default standard. What is she even writing about?
@AJCiani-physicsTwo quotes from comedian Ron White applies to those Lefties, “you can’t fix stupid” and “stupid is forever”.
A quote from Judge Judy applies to those Lefties, “beauty fades and dumb is forever”.
A quote from John Wayne applies to those Lefties, “life is tough and tougher when you’re stupid”.
EBT Jackson needs to be removed from the bench
@itzhassanplayz909Hawaii needs to assimilate into the USA instead of us having to deal with their BS "Spirit of Aloha" nonsense which is absolutely ridiculous.
@Zboe-JLIs this Traue? According to some pundits in Washington, this ruling does not for NJ Vampire Rules.
@jackdaniels336Suprising considering what they unanimously did to gut the "takings" clause of the 5th
@JP-uk9ucGreat Video!
@SIXPACFISH"no firearms allowed" signs to an active shooter is like flies being attracted to sh!t.
@e.margiotta1911How is it that a citizen can tell another citizen that their right to bear arms ends when they engage in specific activities? Activities like going to work?
@leudwigvonshwartsenhelm3624I agree with the Supreme Court ruling, however, Hawaii was illegally obtained by the USA. I know this is a whole other challenge but the people of Hawaii, the native Hawaiians should be able to impose their way of life and beliefs or the USA should go back to 49 states
@AlohalaniSKeaSo does this end New York State's effort to do the same thing? "Appeals court gives split ruling on New York's ban on guns in 'sensitive' locations
BY Spectrum News Staff New York State
PUBLISHED 3:56 PM ET May 18, 2026
A federal appeals court has struck down part of New York's gun laws that ban firearms from certain “sensitive" locations, but is upholding another.
The Second Circuit affirmed a lower court's ruling that New York can't ban licensed gun owners from carrying firearms on private property open to the public, like stores or restaurants.
The judges found the state did not show the restriction is in line with national firearm regulation under a previous U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
What the court did uphold was the state ban on carrying firearms in public parks. There was enough precedent for judges to say it falls under New York's "sensitive location" rule.
The lawsuit was brought by gun rights groups challenging the state’s Concealed Carry Improvement Act, which the New York Legislature passed in 2022 after the Supreme Court ruling in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen."
I wish the 2nd amendment meant the same thing in all states, it clearly doesn’t since it’s violated in Washington every day that mag and platform bans are in place
@6sixty675So you say that this is the last 2A case that will be handled this year? No chance on the Gators Customs Guns case moving forward then. That is disappointing.
@andys5562Wishing everyone an early Happy Independence Day. This holiday was brought to you by citizens with firearms
@CitizenSevenUSAI don't care, but I care about is assault. Weapons, dance, and why we still can't buy what we want in this state. And magazine bands why we still can't buy, but they want an estate to the point where I've lost interest. I'm just going to move. I'm not going to waste my life hoping something happens. I'm just going to do the action. So I can buy what I want. So i'm going to move
@williamosborne-m8wMeanwhile if a cop asks you if you have a gun and you don't say a series of legal magic words prior to "yes" you can be convicted of a crime for having a gun. How about the SCOTUS fix that shit?
@stevenpike7857Howdy All @ WGL !!
@unclemike5840If I own property I can confiscate that gun on my property or any other substance I determine is dangerous to me and my family safety - Right??????
Would the carrier of said gun be liable if he then shoot me for his carry right?????
What a sick society these six dishonorable members of the supreme court are creating. Why chaos?
This is a good ruling.
@elizabethcox555Wishing everyone an early Happy Independence Day. This holiday was brought to you by citizens with firearms
@CitizenSevenDo the Private Property Owners “No Firearms” signs include law enforcement?
@Doomsday556Thank you Mr. Kirk
@TheLocknLoadChannelWhen are people going to understand that none of this crap is a win for the second amendment?
Every single ruling good or bad is just complete nonsense. The second amendment of our constitution is plain and clear. Ask yourself this question, when was the last time you heard of any other constitutional right being ruled on in the Supreme Court of the United States?
Here's the reason why no other right is constantly being looked at by the Supreme Court, because everyone in the United States exercise those rights daily. I've said it before and I will keep saying it, if every single law abiding gun owner stopped complying with unconstitutional laws and rules this crap would stop because they know we know they cannot diss arm us because if they could they would have already done so. Nothing changes that fact regardless if we comply or defy.
Remember to comply is to surrender. It's time we stop surrendering!
I wonder if this ruling could be used to challenge Boulder County's ordinance declaring all houses of worship gun-free zones and mandating signage to that effect, unless given express written permission.
@TaylordtechTell google I do not live in ohio so why do they show me the ohio insurance Ad?
@SunnySunny-jz8kgHawaii is stolen land, it's illegitimate, genocidal colonizers occupying native land.
@nunyabeezwax13Lords Grace Blessed the 2nd Amendment…. Keep it but wisely.
@StMylesJustice Brown and Sodomizer need to be given a traitor's punishment.
@Freedom1manAUTOPEN Jackson
@johndsmith-gv8zh2A "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED "!!!!!!!!!!
@johndsmith-gv8zhAnd D.E.I Jackson had to say something stupid.
@johndsmith-gv8zhEveryone knows what ASSUME means ! You make an ASS of YOU and ME !
@RambousmcLet me fix that for you. It's a "Huge Win" for Lawyers.
The SCOTUS ruling doesn't guarantee Hawaii won't prosecute people. Or provide the people any FINANCIAL REMEDY for the thousands the people will have to pay to lawyers, or for the months of legal stress and hardship they'll suffer under legal persecution.
But it does guarantee job security for LEECHING LAWYERS who really only care about making money, but couldn't care less about the people who are getting persecuted.
The only way to make this BULLSH*T STOP, is MAKE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR VIOLATING OUR RIGHTS!
I just did a deep dive into Justice Brown Jackson's dissenting opinion and I really wish you'd have gotten into it, because it highlights where/how things are flawed on the progressive side of this. She basically tries to say this is a property rights issue, not a gun rights issue (Bruen step 1) and that the state can set the defaults on property rights. Then she makes a good argument for that position. But the flaw in doing so means that by choosing property rights over gun rights then creates a "you don't have a 2nd amendment right unless explicitly granted" position. No rights in the constitution start off this way. Rights are granted unless restricted for some good reasoning. And so I feel that this was worth another 2 minutes in this video to highlight, because showcasing how she has this position on any right exposes the progressive mindset and the slippery slope this puts us on for ANY right in the constitution.
@ronrothrock7116But where is the supreme courts ruling on any so called assault weapons ban. They seem to always ignore these.
@nickhuwar7920Ah yes guess who will bring guns in the store/property anyway ? Criminals.
@giu4295Still nothing but cripplmags and furniture bans here in Massachusetts.
