can someone explain the undertaking of the van on the right hand lane, if he did slow down then that also would of been a minor fault so what would of been the best and safest decision to do in that moment.

@randoms323For the way he positioned the car incorrectly, what is the correct way? Do you check if that 1st lane is clear, thej move forwards and then go when the 2nd lane is clear??

@clauherbert8611:05 surely that’s a fail as he did not signal at all throughout the manoeuvre or do all round checks at least 3-4 times
@ToAdam12I don't know how he manage to pass, should be instant failed but doesn't matter, it looks like that he pass. My instructors told me (because I change with 3 of them) every time when I am changing the speed or I am braking I should check the rearview mirror which he DIDN'T. I saw many new drivers with this problem and some of them manage to pass like this one. It's not fair.
