Don’t try this video. Search for another. They’re dropping too many weird things into the gravy. You need rendered sausage, butter, brown flour, loads of pepper whole milk, and some salt. That’s it maybe some sage maybe but don’t go add some crazy shit to your sausage gravy because people are just not expecting that and it’s not gonna be good.

Can’t stand your voice inflection, Lady.
Vegan sausage | 2:37
Maple syrup | 3:15
Lol. Don't put lemon juice in your biscuits and gravy. BnG is a super simple dish and really doesn't need all of these suggestions. Black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and the salt from the sausage is enough seasoning, really.

Bacon fat and milk and flour, fresh ground black pepper, salt, fresh nutmeg really all you need.
@johnree6106Sausage gravy cooked the same,all around the country,are there different ways to cook the gravy.
@brianmoody2549Please don't use pre Ground Nutmeg for anything. The difference between freshly grated and the CRP sold in grocery stores is night and day..!
@DuschbagHas no idea what she's talking/reading about then I noticed this came from "mashed".
No wonder.
1000 thumbs down
No spicy for me!
@Blitzkrieg1976Use heavy cream instead of whole milk youre welcome LOL
@sirenthomas4595Beef stock or black coffee can be used instead of Worcestershire sauce as well. I prefer beef stock (a tablespoon or two) in mine. Comes out really close to Bob Evans style when I do it like that. I find that the sausage gravy on its own isn't enough. It needs umami.
@no-pajamapanda8548I have never heard of adding rotel tomatoes to sausage gravy. That sounds almost as disgusting as adding hot sauce or hot peppers. Sausage gravy is supposed to be savory not spicy. I make mine with bacon grease, flour, whole milk and cream, plain drained sausage, sage, thyme and some crumbled bacon. Salt, pepper, hot sauce or anything else can be added to taste at the table. It's perfect over biscuits, hash browns or country potatoes and topped with a fried egg or two.
@charliedavis8894Vegan biscuits? That’s blasphemous.
@tonyricketts5569Hot sauce on sausage gravy is EVERYTHING!!
@jarretteatsYou lost me when you brought out the fake meat
@manandatractorChillay's ????what???
@foodpimpz9086So many helpful & useful tips. Very informative. Thank you for sharing! 💜
@jackiewinters5792Butter and whole wheat flour for the roux, with Mccormick Montreal steak seasoning added and vitamin D milk Damn good gravy.
@mattdonna9677I only use margarine to grease squeaky door hinges.
@rcclitherow6707Sometimes I use chorizo instead of sausage for biscuits and gravy. It's amazing.
@jacktastickMmm. Mashed the potatoes
@TheDonkeysVoice❤️❤️❤️❤️💯
@jimmydeneus7109I use "HOT" breakfast sausage from my local farm market where they make their own blend. I make a roux, add milk slowly to cream the gravy. I add hot Hungarian paprika and cayenne pepper. Serve on biscuits made with lard. I was taught to cook by my nanna from Missouri and the only changes I made was turning the heat up to eleven
@hellhound1389Before I watch the video let me guess..is it corned beef?
@conniebauer4128I had a friend who would add cream of tartar to her gravy, it was one of the most disgusting thing I've ever had.
She insisted she was taught that by professional chefs from Europe. My response: "I can see why they were kicked out of Europe then..."
We no longer speak 😂😂
I can has some??
