The court of appeals stated they will not hear this appeal until February 2027, well after the college football season ends. Oh, and as another whole ‘hoe town ruling’, out of the 4 judged on the court of appeals, 3 went to Texas Tech. Things that make you go hummmm.

Could the ncaa appeal and take it to federal court because it includes money and happened across different states? The NCAA can't ban him from playing but noone can tell them how they count wins and losses. The NCAA can just say if you play a player like this the stats and results of those games will not be counted in the NCAA record books and will simply be marked as a 0-0 loss for the players team. The NCAA doesn't have to make the decision then, the conference and team do.
