31:17 tip: if your stuck on the 3rd star coin just grab an acorn suit grab Yoshi play through the level till the checkpoint then go through a bit of it till you see a piranha plant that spits out ice fire balls use this opportunity to eat the piranha plant and go through a bit till you see those piranha plants that guard the star coin then release the fireball to kill all of them now your thinking "what will you use the acorn suit for" it’s incase you loose Yoshi so you can glide than glide jump to the third and final star coin, thank me later

You don't actually have to be Mario in order to do it as I'm literally playing Luigi and I got the first two star coins as Luigi.

The only thing that annoyed me what level three and its star coins no matter what I did the fish in the level would hit me or hit Yoshi. So I just used toadette

For 15:19 you can use the koopa shell to hit the urchins and you can get into the pipe easily.
