It’s hard to believe Jon Rahm can hit so far. He has that abbreviated backswing but somehow gets great club-head speed when he hits. But I’m guessing it’s a great way to hit — if you’re strong enough — because there would be less movement in your swing which should cause you to connect squarely more often. At least that’s my guess as I never could hit that way.
