@BalkisuSurajIt seems like everyone in the world has such a great appetite! In my case, I struggle to finish a full plate of food. If I define my personal limit, the portion size shown at [19:12] is perfect for me no extra chicken legs or add-ons.
Whenever I’ve eaten out, both here in my city Mumbai and in other countries like Russia, Japan, chefs often ask if I enjoyed the food. I usually love it, but my body just needs a very limited amount. I've decided to ask restaurants to serve me a smaller, customized portion; I then ask them to share the remainder with the staff so that food doesn't go to waste. It’s a great way to respect the dish and build a friendly rapport with the restaurant staff.
