That’s why “we can’t spend more than what we earn”. This has to be mandatory for everyone if we need to survive.

lmao so theyre promoting junk fast food restaurants... isnt one of the biggest reasons why americans are struggling is because they have unhealthy eating habits that later turns into ridiculously expensive medical bills? if you were actually a smart american you would never eat at these "restaurants" because you know theyre toxic to your body. its all a waste of money

I buy paper to make copies for my students in addition to all other supplies. We were asked not to ask for too much from the parents this year when we made our supply lists. I totally understand but with our 1.5% cost of living adjustment and our 15.5% insurance cost increase my students will be going without a lot this year.

The problem is public funding. It is good that we have public school but also terrible at the same time. Life is fair, we give up something in return for something else. Look no futher than healthcare, where there is demand there is supply. Universal healthcare grants more affordable healthcare, yet not the best healthcare. US has one of the best healthcare, also highest paid doctors, yet highest cost of care. Govt intervention created a demand for school which ultimately created the demand of teachers in which the US is the largest employers. They bundle all the budget together and allocation is per their policy, and doesnt matter how much taxes go higher, the funding to schools and local garbage collecting tend to be bottom of the list, in short corruptions on both sides.

I’m not a clairvoyant I don’t know the future…. But there are several things I am 100% certain is that if Kamala Harris was elected president, she would not spend $600 million on White House ballroom reconstruction, $16 million on reflecting pool, $250 million on the JFK Center, and (here is the big one) $42 billion on war with Iran which has domino global economic effects which increases cost of living for everyone.

The only entity that benefits from inflation is the US government, they create artificial inflation by manipulations, then they turn around and act as if they care for people and affordability, they know one 100% fact about Americans, they know the majority are stupid and ignorant and would believe their lies, they aree 💯 correct, just read the posts in here every single one is a proof

some people are also sick of planned obsolescence, and would rather pay for something new (or gently used) once and get it repaired as needed.
