honestly, ifl there’s a LOT about Geeta that gets so overlooked because of her first match team and i wanna talk about some of it!

1.) Geeta is placed as your champion match in SV, with that exact team, because the League is apart of the Education system, and also due to the fact that Champion is a universal shared Trainer rank in Paldea, which is not the case in any other region in the series.

2.) Geeta’s DLC rematch team is RIDICULOUS, thus proving she’s actually very powerful when she’s allowed to be.

3.) by proxy of her League Director/Head Champion title, Geeta is inferred to be a Prime Minister of sorts of the Paldea region, something Pokémon has never seen in its history. some offhand ZA dialogue corroborated this.

Have you ever noticed that the Johto and Sinnoh Elite Four have some similarities?



Will and Lucian: Both have a member of the Ralts evolutionary line. Both have Bronzong and Slowbro, and each has a Pokémon with some kind of gem on its body — in this case, Espeon and Grumpig.



Koga and Aaron: Both have Bug-type Pokémon with the typings ‘Bug/Steel’, ‘Bug/Poison’, and ‘Poison/Dark’. Both were previously Gym Leaders.



Bruno and Bertha: Both have an affinity for the Rock type. At some point, both have used Golem and Steelix (Bertha uses Steelix in the Battle Tower in BDSP).



Karen and Flint: Both have an Eeveelution, a Houndoom, and a Ghost-type Pokémon that doesn’t match their specialty type.



There are other similarities too:



Aaron and Koga both have a Fighting-type and a Flying-type Pokémon on their teams.



Will and Lucian share the same color palette and both have something covering their faces.



Bertha and Bruno not only wear white, but one wears very little clothing while the other wears too much (in the leaks, Bertha's black dress with long-sleeves).

The nose wheelie might have been for a speedy stop animation rather than a riding animation. If traveling fast enough might have triggered the nos wheelie stop animation

30:41 (this may have been corrected already, if so, oopsie!) as of gen 6, garchomp has a gender difference! male garchomp have a notch in their back fin, while females have a smooth, continuous fin. i only noticed this in PLA because of the way the dex is laid out, but according to serebii it's been a thing since gen 6.
