Когда мне тяжело я слушаю.это меня исцеляет. Что изменилось за этот период ? Я просто лежу . лежу. Лежу. Слушаю. Год уже узаживаю за немощными родителями. У мамы ддеменция. Это так мне трудно морально. Каждое ее слово , агрессию, пропускаю через себя, понимаю , что болезнь. В общем. Дошло до того, что у меня нет сил. Апатия, бессонница. И я попросила сестру, чтоб она походила к родителям, а я заперлась в своей квартире и тупо лежу , сплю, сил нет. Даже не хочется ничего сделать. Слушаю только музыку. Сплю под снотворные. Тяжелые сны, страшные.
Я так устала от бесконечных стрессов, что хочу одного. Тишины. Строю в мыслях планы, как сажусь и уезжаю куда то, выбрасываю телефон. И пропадаю навсегда.. Но, нельзя. Нельзя. Это грех. Надо терпеть.
