Visualize what you want to
Look like and then workout
Many of us have fuzzy visions of our future. Even as adults, we often struggle to decide who we want to be, what we want to do, and what kind of blueprint we want to leave behind. Arnold Schwarzenegger, however, knew from a young age exactly who he wanted to become. He wanted not to be a great bodybuilder, but the very best. He visualized it, he worked for it, and he actualized it.
This is how Arnold turned dreams into reality. Follow in his footsteps, learn from his hard work, and build your own legacy.
YOU ARE SO CUTE BABY

Absolutely incredibe
@nickdawn3985I always believed that in order to be driven, you need to have a vision in front of you: of who you want to be, what you want to do, and where you want to go. Seeing that image made me determined to commit fully and live as if it were reality already. Totally focused on training, concentrating on a routine that gave me the direction I needed to win. I saw myself as a winner, at the top, as #1, and that motivated me to constantly train. I was so dirven for results that I didnt need discipline, it was something i wanted to do. Every rep took me one step closer to turning my vision into reality. Doing everything right, staying focused on the win, with the effort always there the winning results were a foregone conclusion. I was absolutely convinced of where I belonged and that I was destined for success. There was no doubt in my mind. My vision made all of my choices clear and I knew I would win.

@Charlieisfresh95💯
@vedanthagawaneThe myth Sergio Oliva
@acethejetArnold Schwarzenegger could have been even bigger if he had been given as much protein as Ronnie Coleman.
@ДмитрийАлефиров-даWhen I first started cycling in the summer of 2025 using the highest pedaling resistance on both uphills and downhills, my entire body was incredibly exhausted. I would wake up tired and didn't know what the problem was. Now, things have changed: when I see a hill, I don't hold back, and I imagine that I am Arnold Schwarzenegger, while simultaneously feeling the pressure I apply to the pedals.
@finetsatosMy goal is for someone to comment they can tell I workout…hasn’t happened yet, I need to work harder I guess
@KissmyapexThe last note is the most important one.
@MR.MOMINTOGrew up he and Sly Stallone were incredibly motivational/inspirational
@ilovek9zThe legend 💯💪🏋️♥️🙏
@wpowolfpackinternational8346Tried all the hacks. ice baths, preworkouts, even dopamine detoxes. none of it clicked. I felt so tired everyday. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a comment and I checked it out. been locked in ever since. no hype, just clarity. wild how long I was running on fumes.🔥
@deenacharania7690not gonna lie, i felt numb for months. like i was just surviving, not really living. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a yt comment and i gave it a shot. bro… this book gave me my edge back. not by yelling at me to hustle, but by showing me how to fix my foundation. life hits different now.
@sitaramchhimpa4126If you’ve been wondering why you’re not feeling as strong, motivated, or sharp as you used to, Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks might just have the answers. The book focuses on the power of testosterone and how increasing it can seriously transform your health and mindset. If you’re tired of feeling drained or out of balance, this book offers some solid advice on how to get back to your peak
@ABHIRANA-987if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥
@SrikanthSrikanthyadav-d3rI felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥
@ParsaHardhik-h3qWho's here in 2025?

@jokertothequinnArnold was motivated. He had a vision.
And he motivated myself and millions of others back in the day to bodybuild and be the best you can. I was skinny as a twig. Dad said if I build a gym, you gonna try ?
Never made it that far. But did ok as an a amatuer. If it wasnt for Arnold. Probably would not started lifting weights.
To this day one of the greatest success stories in any sport or goal.
Most driven athlete or human in modern history.

@benkeel2966Iron Arnold)
@JosephLewis-s8nLegend like Arnold never dies
@josian6995personally, i think having an athletic physique more like a boxer, MMA fighter, or even a triathlon athlete physique is much more sustainable and the way to go. Why do we need a 500 bench and squat? Why do we pretend its not bad for the joints. I think if you can run 5 miles a day and have healthy knees and hips is just as much of an accomplishment. I hate when I tell someone I've been working out my whole life and they look at me like a fraud because I'm not massive but if we were to box, or play a game of basketball they would understand. Im 42 and I can hang with the 18-30 year old guys at the park playing full court. If youre 225 pounds of muscle but you cant play a full game of basketball I'm really not impressed.
@joeyduberulesArnold Still Have A Perfect Body Shape Until Now💪
