Hi there, would you recommend Asana (or something else?) for a team of 5 volunteers organising our village school's annual running race, its biggest fundraiser by far. We're a new team and historically it's been organised through Word docs and not much else! Ideally we don't wish to pay for a PM app though I guess if it was very low level we could get it past the PTA! TiA, Caroline

This is an extremely helpful video, 10/10. One tiny piece of feedback: there's a repetitive background sound that's super distracting. For some reason, my brain has a hard time focusing on what you're saying with that tone in the background. It's some kind of repetitive, digital sound that reads like a phone ringtone or something? Anyway, great video, I'll probably subscribe to Asana, and I'm already a Zapier user.
