She has it out of order big time. You fold out your dough before bulk ferment - this is interesting as it seems to have worked

Ohhh nooo...I've been following ur sourdough starter video and have made it to this video today. So exciting! Except i understood it as leave it sit for 4 hours for bulk fermentación AND then do 4 stretch and folds every hour for the next few hours. Now rewatching the video while on hour 7 and my last stretch and fold, I realize my mistake. Well, ill be back to report the results tomorrow morning. 😅😅😅

Alternatively, you can go to a bakery or large supermarket and buy a loaf. This give you time to build a house or take an overseas vacation.

I've made two loaves and am addicted to baking this bread. I can't describe how satisfying it is to see it when it comes out of the oven and think 'I DID THAT!' Can't wait to make a BLT with some!

i would like to ask if i have to use a banneton bread basket? And if not, what alternative may i use. Also, today my starter is 10 days old, I did it the same way you mentioned in the video where you explained doing it!!

I have 5 failed loaves behind me and not once did my dough rise in the refrigerator! Each loaf was gummy on the inside. I think something was wrong in the proofing of the dough; either it was under or over-proofed. Can you help??

I really appreciate all of your recipes! I was wondering if you could ever develop a recipe for The High-Fiber, Low-Glycemic Sourdough to help pre-diabetics!! Thank you!!

I made my first loaf of sourdough bread today. Everything went great and the loaf😊of bread looks great except the texture of the crumb too moist and gummy and too chewy. I was expecting the crumb to be drier. What went wrong.

I live alone, usually I don't have 4h to deal with dough.. will it still work if I let it rest for 9-10h without touching while at work? This is the most confusing thing about making bread at home.. It takes so much time for such a simple thing like bread.

@ValdiValdies
@

400g of flour seems low for two loaves. Is that accurate? Thanks!
