She has it out of order big time. You fold out your dough before bulk ferment - this is interesting as it seems to have worked

Ohhh nooo...I've been following ur sourdough starter video and have made it to this video today. So exciting! Except i understood it as leave it sit for 4 hours for bulk fermentación AND then do 4 stretch and folds every hour for the next few hours. Now rewatching the video while on hour 7 and my last stretch and fold, I realize my mistake. Well, ill be back to report the results tomorrow morning. 😅😅😅

Followed all the steps and my loaf came out flat? I decided to bake in a loaf pan instead so it didn’t go to waste. Where did I go wrong

I've made two loaves and am addicted to baking this bread. I can't describe how satisfying it is to see it when it comes out of the oven and think 'I DID THAT!' Can't wait to make a BLT with some!
@NimuetootooThank you looks great I have made bread for years but not ever made sourdough bread. But can't wait to make this bread.
@Maz3324🍞
@dylanodautzenburg1203Seems easy other then the week long process in preparation haha.
@IAmHumanJakeLooks good...next time I have an extra 3 days...I will make one...😂
@aarongleim4336My oven doesn’t go to 500 lmao
@StefanieLynn-o6ui would like to ask if i have to use a banneton bread basket? And if not, what alternative may i use. Also, today my starter is 10 days old, I did it the same way you mentioned in the video where you explained doing it!!
@Cat-ff-ytI have 5 failed loaves behind me and not once did my dough rise in the refrigerator! Each loaf was gummy on the inside. I think something was wrong in the proofing of the dough; either it was under or over-proofed. Can you help??
@kKathyCI really appreciate all of your recipes! I was wondering if you could ever develop a recipe for The High-Fiber, Low-Glycemic Sourdough to help pre-diabetics!! Thank you!!
@ellenfrance7004I made my first loaf of sourdough bread today. Everything went great and the loaf😊of bread looks great except the texture of the crumb too moist and gummy and too chewy. I was expecting the crumb to be drier. What went wrong.
@fayebrennan746She's so fun! I like her.
@SarahDowlathI followed this recipe very closely and it worked SO well I absolutely LOVED it and it tasted so good!!
@annesart_150Am I crazy or did you not mention how many grams of flour
@charlizesophiabakers kiss! this turned out incredibly delicious! thank you!
@EliseJenswatching this makes me want to go buy
@giorgiorossi-h8uAs a diabetic, can I use almond flour or can anyone help suggest what's a good flour for diabetics? I am type 1 diabetic by the way.
@Farouk_NazaruddinHow much flour???😢
@yonasbezabeh3345I made my very first sourdough with this recipe! Still a lot to learn but it turned out so much better than I thought it would!
@jolandededaele8109I'm currently in the midst of the fermenting in the fridge. My first loaf, fingers crossed 😁
@PerriaxI live alone, usually I don't have 4h to deal with dough.. will it still work if I let it rest for 9-10h without touching while at work? This is the most confusing thing about making bread at home.. It takes so much time for such a simple thing like bread.
@ValdiValdies400g of flour seems low for two loaves. Is that accurate? Thanks!
