Lol... I was nervous you were gonna say something lame... but nah!! It's on point!!😂 here is what I dilute with 1,5l warm water..
1. 1 teaspoon roseleaves
2. 1 teaspoon rooibos
3. 1 teaspoon hibiscus
4. 1 teaspoon green tea
5. 1 teaspoon tamarind
6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
7. 2 teaspoons fresh moringa
8. 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric
9. 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
10. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon
11. 2 teaspoons fresh mint
12. 2 tablespoon honey
13. 1/4 teaspoon chilli
14. 1/4 teaspoon cloves
I used to add 1 teaspoon neem but that could make you impotant...
Heat that up for 5 min... sif it scoop up a bottom of a cup and add more water & voila!!! Add enough honey so it's sweet !! ;)
