Dood! You should make a car lift/ elevator that sits flat on the ground (like a big square plate of steel..) so you can use the upstairs as a tool crib. Inventory of bits nuts bolts blades cutting tips all thread assortment…. All that shizz.. it’d be cool having yous a personal inventory of parts pieces and tools. 🤔

If your workshop ceiling is a single layer tin, you most likely to have wet worksop, as the condens. Will form and drip down on all your stuff...

The greatest fab table I've ever worked with wasn't a table at all. It was 2 w12x30 @15'. They were sit up like horses on wheels.

Get a good quite shop vac and put it in outershed not in your work area, connect 1½ pvc around your shop and pvc ball valves at each station with some 1½ hose so you can have quiet cleanup at each station. It's awesome trust me. The once In a while you empty out the shop had can easily. We used to have those in the multimillion dollar mansion i used to wire as an electrician, vacuum the whole house super quietly and the garage had seperate sound proof closet for the huge shop vac. Your shop is like Docter Neons Laboratory in fallbrook california. Ive been there he has the ability to build anything you desire. Custom anything. Has one of the electric things you touch that's massive he made from his shop.
