Casually Explained: Alcohol

The first time I actually went out to drink, my goal was to get so drunk I couldn’t stand up. It was my brother’s birthday and his father was taking everyone to a bar.

So I order an entire bottle of wine and down it in about 15 minutes and then take about 7 more shots in about half an hour. Unfortunately, I’m extremely fat, so I only got really drunk and not dysfunctionally drunk. But I did learn that I am the kind of drunk that swears up and down he isn’t, but to everyone around him he’s probably slurring his words, walking at a 75 degree angle, and his eyes are barely open.

I reached level 10 only once in my life and I understood it when I found myself in a grotesque karate stance teleported 18 meters down the street from the table we were sitting at screaming something along the lines of "Don't you f0ckin touch me!" in English (which is not my mother language) because some hobo looking lady tried to make moves on me. Never going that far again.

Never been beyond a four. Learned through hard experience that if I insist on going beyond 3-4, I will get immediately and violently sick. At which point all drinking ends!

My last time on level 11 almost killed me because I puked laying on my back, in my bed... and I didn't come out of my coma while doing so. As any informed person knows, this type of incident can have you choking to death on your own vomit.
I swore to myself to never again touch booze while partying... and I did! Stuck to beer and weed ever since and never lost control like that again. *
Actually when you get too smashed on those two, you usually still notice and start dancing, drinking water and eating snacks until you stabilize on a decent level. 🤪👍

*It must be said that Germany has a more relaxed drug culture than the USA. We usually don't smoke pure blunts so don't get into a comatose like you guys do.

I hate everytime someone says the cure to a hangover is consuming something because clearly they are just a lightweight and need to feel a real hangover for a change.

I don't like alcohol. Tried it a few times and there's nothing good about it. Doesn't help any of my problems... doesn't fix my sleep problems, doesn't really help with pain, doesn't allow me to think clearer, only cool thing it does is give me auditory hallucinations where I can hear voices. Other than that last reason I got no reason to do alcohol.
