I was orphaned at 11. my dad took his own life and my birthgiver abandoned me. at 13 I was emancipated by the state I lived in. I dropped out in 9th grade. half a credit. I was told by so many people I was never gonna amount to anything. I had lost before I even knew I was actually playing. at 18 I stopped being a delinquent gangbanger. I was mad. I wasn't mad anymore. I was lost. at 20 I was homeless ASF still. had nothing and no one. I didn't even have myself. at 21 I was still homeless. my reality was failing and I couldn't do anything to stop it. I was high school dropout with no shoes to follow. at 22 I was homeless during covid 19 at 23 I was still homeless. at 24 I was still homeless. 25. I received a letter from a bank from my only living relatives home. it was a trust. at 25, after being homeless and having nothing for 14 years or rather the majority of my life. 25 years or tragedy and heartache. I lost everyone who had ever loved me. I'm almost 30 now. but the trust I received at 25 I had no idea existed. I didn't know it was going it happen. needless to say I had won. after years and years of poverty and living hard. I had to walk in the winter time during night to stay alive sometimes. I was blessed to have gotten a house and vehicle and I run my own automotive repair shop. I'm self made. I am a master automotive technician and if it wasn't for mechanics I wouldn't be who I am today. thank you mr.brown. once upon a time this man was the only positive person I had ever heard spoke in my existence. when he talks I don't care you should listen. thank you sir.

Been going in circles listening to others to stabilize work for me and my son. Through the journey, homelessness knocked on our door after hundreds of rejections. Every time I went through the 2nd or 3rd interview, I got excited that lack was over - only to see another rejection letter. Pleading to God on what I needed to do to turn things around. This message I was texting to friends, but I'm the one who needed to hear it in my spirit. I WILL NOT BE DENIED!
