For those of you set on ND new foundation. Reviews on Ulta do say it’s not long wearing. This CT foundation i can tell you if you need something to Set this one definitely dries down.

CT New formula It’s very fast setting, and matte. I wish it was a Little less matte and I love the creamy texture of it, but I think it’s Not a good mix in foundation, this new formula is so unique in how it behaves you can’t mix this with other foundations because it reacts weird, the technology I think they use in this is basically self setting, it just does not mix ingredients with other formulas. I applied it on its own on moisturized skin. It looks beautiful I just don’t know if it’s easy enough to work with and to apply thinly enough for medium coverage. Cuz half a pump covers the whole face. Full pump is a mask. This is extremely full coverage but doesn’t feel heavy it’s just matte so on my combo skin it feels more dry maybe than EL DW , that one doesn’t feel like dry if I’m moisturizing for the base. CT Is matte but still can wear it and not feel like it’s so drying you wanna wipe it off I’ll wear it i just wish it was a hair more moisture feeling after it sets. Also I love the color match. I got 3 Cool and im normally 2n1-2n2 in EL DW. CT foundations always pull more yellow so the cool is definitely good on my more neutral skin but I do pull a little more cool in winter months as well if this helps anyone. Idk , I don’t think I’ll return it. I love the packeting so much. But I wanted to make this an every day foundation as I thought half pump would do medium coverage but it does full coverage just from half pump on me and a full pump is way to much. I wasted product because no way I think unless you want a mask one pump is super coverage. 🎉😮

Why did she have to change all the shades too? They arn't even close to old formula shades which is irritating if you had found your perfect match.

New foundation side definitely looks more reflective and natural and less “dusty” if you know what I mean. This is my holy grail foundation and I panicked when I saw the new formulation, but your video is the BEST explanation of the new formulation vs the old that I’ve seen so far! So thank you for that!! I can’t remember if she had a “3 cool” or if that’s a new shade, but I’m going to try the 3 cool instead of the 2 cool bc the photos from my sister in laws wedding a few weeks ago was a humbling reminder that my foundation was too light 😂

I was pondering whether to buy the new CT or the ND Hy-Glam one. I was able to make the old formula work on my clients by using a little bit of Mac Face and Body as a first layer followed up by a very small amount of the CT one. I think I'm going to try the Natasha Denona one. By the way, thank you for the close-up of your skin without any filters unlike other influencers who have declared it "Nameofsaidinfluencer Approved" after a 12 hours test and live streaming but all I see is a filter that makes their skin look like a plasticc mannequinn.

Haven’t tried the old or the new but the new side looks WAYY better in my opinion. It’s brighter and looks more natural for a full coverage.

What about oxidation?? U didn’t comment on that. Old one changes the shade after few hours.
