Eggs are a staple in most diets—whether you're intentionally eating healthy or not. When you're looking for a key source of quality protein, minerals, and vitamins, eggs should be your go-to source. But eating the hard-boiled variety day in and day out can get old, fast. Make the most of this protein-rich food with these three recipes!

| Fried Egg With Sweet Potato Hash |

This recipe is three things: easy, simple, and nutritious. The combination of sweet potato, sautéed bacon, and onions makes a great throne upon which to display your egg. Dig into this muscle-building meal fit for a champ!

He puts way too much oil on the pan especially for the egg.

— @blacknikeshoos

— @thecleanbees.acleaningserv5606

1. Peel and dice sweet potato. We used a local white sweet potato.

2. Coat pan with grapeseed oil.

This video is amazing but my ears from those “s” sounds 😩😬

— @iAggressivePizza

3. Sauté onions and bacon pieces. Allow to caramelize. Don't shake the pan because you'll break the sear that's giving it that golden brown color.

4. Add red peppers and sweet potatoes.

I have a healthy egg recipe. Eating eggs.

— @nickg1895

5. Dice and add fresh parsley.

6. Add lime juice.

Using heavy cream is not a healthy version of scrambled eggs.

— @Saitamabaldopm

7. As the hash cooks, add oil to another pan and allow pan to warm.

8. Crack and fry egg.

You don't have to add salt to the eggs that breaks...always salt are the latest spice with eggs

— @adnanexpress

9. Top hash with scallions and salt and pepper to taste. Plate and top with fried egg.

Watching this video after 5 years of its release and just makes me worried seeing a bodybuilder eating just 1egg and some fatty bacon for protein along with so much of the processed oil, and not to mention the excessive heating of the non-stick pan. Cheers to the presentation tho, but not something to put on a bodybuilding channel.

| Ham and Veggie Scramble |

1 egg ? What 🤦🏻‍♂️

— @Soulsborneclipz

Simplicity gets a protein punch with this dish. The saltiness of the ham, meatiness of the egg, and creaminess of the avocado all play into the beauty of this one-pan dish.

Ingredients

do you have a cookbook with these andmore easy recipies in it ?

— @bobhelwig3947

Canadian bacon 2 oz.

Eggs 4

That’s tim cook after using apple fitness

— @pierrekhoury1

Tomato 1/2

Avocado 1/2

Lol I just saw Robert like an hour ago I work at a hotel as a valet in Michigan…..kinda mad but I think it was because he just got done with a flight from Scotland so I can’t really blame him

— @brennenquick1567

Grapeseed oil 1 tsp

Directions

Wow! Without the bacon and the salt, I think I could eat this and still be okay with my high blood pressure diet. I have never tried grapeseed oil. I use either olive or avocado oil. Thanks for this video. You are absolutely DELICIOUS to watch. :)

— @beauqc5587

1. Add oil to the pan. Saute onions, tomato, and Canadian bacon.

2. Whisk together four eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add a little milk or heavy cream. Mix.

Definitely trying out your recipes 😋

— @loganmelara695

3. Cut an avocado into quarters and create an avocado fan. Set aside.

4. Add eggs and scramble. If it overcooks, add in another egg.

Random fact that I did NOT know about Robert Irvine. I was just googling him just for the heck of it cause i wanted to learn more about him. Apparently, he's married to WWE/TNA wrestler Gail Kim. They've been married since 2012. Never knew that lol

— @Justanotherdude-h2o

5. Plate eggs and top with fresh avocado.

So I'm confused? Sweet potato hash (without a sweet potato) is just potato hash? And why would you need oil if you have all that bacon fat? And why waist the bacon fat hot pan just fry your egg after playing the hash. Egg only takes a minute, it won't cool off that much, and if you prewarm the plate..........

1. Boil eggs and cut them in half. Separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Using a cheese grater, grate the yolks.

you shouldn't cook in oil as it creates trans-fatty acids when heated whic are bad for cell membranes

— @tobypurdy2013

3. Add mayo, mustard, paprika, cumin, and rice wine vinegar to a bowl. Mix. Add to grated egg yolks.

4. Spoon filling into the egg whites.

Gorgeous food but he needs to stop pretending that it’s healthy. A lot of carbs and fat and just one measly egg on top. I’d only ever recommend it for a bulk phase or as a treat. Also that bullshit about grape seed being better for you, if u don’t like olive oil cuz of the bitter aftertaste that’s perfectly legit. But that temperature nonsense just got to me. Just because olive oil has a lower smoke point doesn’t mean it doesn’t reach 540. In fact it’s chemically one of the most heat stable cooking oils it’s just the smoking (a physical reaction not a chemical one) that scares people.
Parsley is great for cleaning up blood what’s this a homeopathy show!? Utter nonsense.
