It’s not just OTR that is expanding. The SW corner of Hamilton County (Price Hill, Delhi, etc.) are growing quickly for all of the reasons you stated. The older generations are passing their homes down and the quick access to downtown Cincinnati is becoming invaluable. Buyers are buying “older model” homes and modernizing them so that they have closeness to downtown, decent schools, and growth of their assets. Watch it over the next five years. OTR was just the first. A growth spurt in SW Hamilton County is expanding quickly.
