Coach do you recommend playing graves right now? I'm mid Gold. Having good performance with Trundle but I just enjoy Graves more.

So is it always best to use e when having no bullets in the gun, both in terms of clearing camps and fighting? Because my thought had always been that the faster I press E, the faster it comes off cooldown again. But I never knew the smoother animation thing. Can someone clarify for me?

Something to note is the anim cancel thing applies when your reload animation starts and there are a lot of use cases to start a fight with one bullet and waiting for reload animation before eq flashing. It will catch a lot of people off guard.

If you're forced to back with 700 gold on your next item, would you prio swords or the 600gp crit item ? Same question if you back up with 600 gold. I'd say AD > crit until you get IE but I'm curious. Thanks !

Can i climb to plat using this fundamentals? Started the season as iron 3, then I started to watch some of perryjg amumu videos and climb from iron to silver 2, but now i am hard stuck silver. Sometimes even if I am ahead it seems like amumu doesn’t have enough dmg to carry my losing lanes. Plat rank is my biggest goal in this game, but it seems impossible to reach.

Even though I don't play Graves, this is really great info on fundamentals and playing for and around objectives. Making the decision 1m30s in advance helps because you can start planning to set up for the objective, or to start making a play/trade on the other side of the map if necessary.

As a Graves main who hit GM last 3 splits in a row i can say that from my experience Hecarim should be not optimal match up, cuz he is farming so much faster when you are not ahead and if u fail gank he is so much ahead of tempo and level. Udyr also is hard match up cuz he is so tanky, has cc and if bulding ad can outdmg you or as a tank you cannot chase him and cant burst him if you arent turbo ahead. There a few other match ups that I could talk about but these 2 are more of a hard matchups.

You didnt explain runes, what runes to take with him?

Question: WHAT IF enemy jg makes only random ganks and he ends up 3lvls lower with 1/3 your cs BUT his random ganks made enemy lanes so ahead that other 4 teammates ff or give up flaming you,eventho you are highest lvl in game with most cs etc, but enemy volobear and wukong are 2fed already and you alone aint enough. What then? Cuz this is legit 3/4 games in lower elo....
