Nah our fish isn’t ever frozen. We sell fresh Antibiotic Free salmon from Norway, we also sell never frozen wild caught sockeye salmon when they are in season.

Wild caught is always better than farm raised, however those were 2 completely different kinds of shrimp.

Wild blueberries may be more nutrient dense, but according to what I have read for years, and again today, they are conventionally grown using pesticides and on the EWG's dirty dozen list.

The grass fed to "grass fed" cows is still sprayed with pesticides like Atrazine. Non GMO crops are still sprayed with glyphosate as a desiccant. The only way to avoid these harmful pesticides is to buy organic. "Grass Fed" and "Non GMO" are bullshit. Bobby has mediocre advice, Paul Saladino is a superior option
