Excellent video, soon the long beach line in Đà Nẵng will be fully developed and over crowded, and this video will be a perfect memory of 2025 Đà Nẵng . Also, that shot of Lăng Cô beach 22:02 was so calm and natural, super beautiful. Now I wish I have a country house by that beach for a weekend get away.

@danangdidauYeah ,just like the expat screwed up Thailand and the Philippines and most likely Cambodia and other spots they touched and ruin it for the next wave
@douglaskerr6813beutiful and well documented video. Just leave chops sticks on edge of your Pho bol or beside do :D
@makirichiDa Nang will be added to my list of places to visit on my next trip. It's such an amazing city.
@DiscoveringTheWorld6868Been there 25 years ago.... what a change. 🤯
Need to go back some day
Except no actual retirement visa lol

Really great video. Thank you!
@Hannes667The most beautiful coastal city in Vietnam, with a very affordable cost of living. It caters to all needs and offers a wide range of entertainment activities. Especially notable is the annual International Fireworks Festival. Thank you for sharing this glimpse of everyday life in Vietnam❤
@lucasinVietNamGringo back home 😂
@NamDong-d5lBeen there. Too much pollution in the air.
@davidbarberena9799Expat? You mean immigrant :)
@malahammerwow Man the best presentation about Da Nang and it"s surround thats my next holiday for sure.
@josepansiniIts true, my wife is Vietnamese and Vietnam is so much safer than Australia, having said that Australia was safe in the past but due to decisions of multiple governments its now unsafe, hopefully Vietnam doesnt repeat some of the decisions the western countires have made and remains safe.
@mga71I've been to Danang last year. Its beautiful city and Dragon bridge is beautiful but its head design seems to be a bit of tatty. This comment is not disgracing Danang. I'm just talking about a flaw in a precious stone.
@NADOYAGANDAI was amazed when he said that Vietnamese people look up to Americans. Seriously! Your people has amnesia. You forgot about mass killings and indiscriminate bombing of your people.
In addition, Americans look down on you. Wake up bro you qr delusional
Both guys are elegent
@dungduc4047In Da Nang, you can visit the large-scale Museum of Currency, Stamps, and the Tale of Kieu, which will surprise anyone who loves culture and history, and is perfect for taking photos, no matter where you've been in the world - CSO Gallery.
@taith2011Clickbait BS. The “cheap paradise” pitch is total BS. It's YouTube marketing, not reality. In Da Nang, you might pay less than in the West, but you're trading price for lower quality (small studios that contain mold you cant detect, noise issues, etc.) and higher risk: terrible public safety (you must walk in busy streets because sidewalks are blocked 95% of the time) , dangerous traffic (you risk your life every time you go out because you're walking on the street and try crossing beach road...very dangerous), weak infrastructure, pollution, constant construction and karaoke noise, mold, poor food hygiene, and food or beverages that contain dangerous chemicals. Cheap does not mean good value when the hidden cost is increased risk to your health, safety, and even your life. If you doubt what I say, try doing some investigating off YT because YT is 100% disinfo meant to see ads and affiliate links, and pure scams. Run some searches online like..."Lawmakers say unsafe food giving Vietnamese 'long, slow death'."
@AVA_Investment_Analytics_LiveIt is so pleased to welcome all people to Vietnam and Danang!!
@VietnamSpeakingReally should say city best for immigrants
@rocko430Da Nang is truly amazing. Thank you for your video.
@StrangerInVietnamMy first husband was a gunner in a helicopter in the Air Force and told me he was based in DaNang Air Base 1969. It’s crazy how different the photos look then vs now!!
@lauraestes9304Chào anh bạn đến Việt Nam 😊
@vietnameselasaobro clean your apartment before you have someone with a camera coming to see your filthy ass place
@jakeybombNice video
@JacobBenjamin-p2hWhat do for visa? I know Visa runs are possible, but I also heard that immigration was starting to change with doing those.
@lisavollett5057As me personally learning English rapidly this is the perfect city for whoever is excellent with English! Ive been there just yesterday and there are almost everybody who speak English, it is very comfortable because of this (people speak the language you can).
Whoever is travelling to Vietnam id recommend traveling to Da Nang if you want to start living there, if in Nha Trang its kind off a mess, so if only for vacation trips then its good.
Overall i deffinately agree with this dude!❤
yo, it looks like miami
@udoyxyzDanang is a disaster - very dangerous to walk (you must walk on the streets because sidewalks are blocked), construction noise everywhere, every day, constantly get asked for massage ("massage, massage, massage) and vendors playing loud annoying messages selling their stuff, pollution, I got food poisoning too, and the tourists and expats there are all tatted up like weirdos. You'll see all kinds of other weirdo tourists there. Danang is seriously the biggest collection of weirdo tourists I've ever seen. If you like weirdos, construction noise, walking in dangerous streets, being harassed every 5 meters by ugly massage girls, and food poisoning, Danang might be for you. No thanks. I prefer a peaceful and safe environment.
@user-jshsd2The Philippines could ve Been like Vietnam Prosperous progressive and SOVEREIGN!!!! But Instead it Chose to Serve the Usa Ruling Elite!!
@dariomendoza1518Thanks for this video. I’m sitting in an apartment in Los Angeles and paying $1900 per month! I see this and wonder am I in the wrong city?! I have lived in Asia before. Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand. I’ve been to Vietnam three times. In HCM city and Hanoi. Never been to Da Nang. I’m thinking about going back to Asia to retire. Maybe it will be Da Nang I choose. 👍
@glennbond8266Cracks me up how hard the vietnamese gov constantly reminds people of the communism there with the vietnamese Communist flags EVERYWHERE. So over the top.
@mdst6302Gosh. Too lazy to tidy up the apartment before going in TV?!
@mdst6302In creditable video, so well put together describing the actual daily living from streets, beaches, shops and the abundance of food restaurants. The young man at the closing of this video really touched me with his words of understanding the importance of, "moving on from the war", that I participated in Phan Rang 1967-68. DaNang is a beautiful place that certainly resembles South Beach Miami Florida. The architecture, old and new is fantastic with almost every thought given to those visiting the beaches of abundance space, fountains, walking pathways and exercising equipment. I am overwhelmed by the beauty, and the great progress Vietnam has made since those awful days some 60+ years ago!!!
@delhenry9837exellent video
@Jan-bz3nuWith all the outside cafes and food, I wonder if they have a rodent problem like NYC?
@writeon625:45 you live in a pig sty 🤣🤣🤣
@HarveyAndOnslowOnThePissI have a cafe near home and they serve very tasty Vietnamese coffee with egg! Recommend everyone
@HataMoto-un8Don't come to the Philippines. Its a shame what our country has become.
@pdx20Hi Da Nang is not good to live there only is good for tourists because in Sommer time is very hot until 39 c and in September beginning to rain and cold and windy until February Da Nang only 3 minutes is good to stay March April and May nothing more it's very Dangerous for health I was living there 1 year and nice Apartments are very Expensive 😮😮
@MauricioMah-g9c8q28:42 Right, never forget your past because it can repeat. Even through gentrification..
