DEA Visits Lydia at Madrigal’s Office | Breaking Bad (Dean Norris)
Video Overview & Insights
Lydia (Laura Fraser) gets a warning call from Mike (Jonathan Banks) about the DEA's arrival, and when Hank (Dean Norris) and the team show up to question her, she leads them to the warehouse where they arrest the foreman, Ron Forenall.
I love how she says 12 dea agents were “screaming and yelling” at her when it was in fact 2 DEA agents who were incredibly calm.

From Season 5, Episode 04: "Fifty-One"
Breaking Bad follows protagonist Walter White (Bryan Cranston), a chemistry teacher who lives in New Mexico with his wife (Anna Gunn) and teenage son (RJ Mitte) who has cerebral palsy. White is diagnosed with Stage III cancer and given a prognosis of two years left to live. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to secure his family's financial security, White chooses to enter a dangerous world of drugs and crime and ascends to power in the world. The series explores how a fatal diagnosis such as White's releases a typical man from the daily concerns and constraints of normal society and follows his transformation from mild family man to a kingpin of the drug trade.
The way it sounds like she's fighting her diaphragm for every last word is such good acting. You feel second hand anxiety just listening to her speak

She sounds hella sexy speaking in German
@flennboyd6413Lydia is so hot. Petite corporate sociopath who’s a completely neurotic stress ball. She would be so awesome. It wouldn’t last but it would amazing in the short term.
@kingofthefountain3091Everything is fine as long as they get paid.

@johnjohn8240I love the difference in perspective. "I had like 14 DEA agents in here, screaming and yelling at me."
That was the politest raid in police history.
Hank was so focused he didn’t even flirt a second with Lydia
@marcelsa5191There are still people in jail for selling marijuana for life and this scum of the earth is free.
@bluzier1I always liked the way this actress played Lydia.
On one hand, she understands her role as the legitimate front for a dirty business, but, she still has to stand her ground against agents of said dirty business to protect her interests - all without directly getting her hands dirty.
You see this tension manifest in her face, voice and every movement throughout both series.
She is as cute as a damn button.
@zaodedong9935Ms. Road art quail 😂
@1944bagginsShe needs a good Todding from Todd to help her relax.

@dolanddrumpf6344At 0:23 it's written "GALE" with a little "E" behind Lydia's desk. On purpose ? or coincidence?
@elianverdoux81Poor Lydia. It wasnt fear for those 14 DEA Agents to barge in and just scream and yell at her with no justification
