I use 528Hz before bed sometimes. Not sure about the science behind the bigger claims, but as a soothing meditation tone, it works for me.

@FemynyneWHAT I didn't think this would actually heal me. But after watching this video for 3 minutes and 34 seconds I was able to separate the part of my mind that had to take a snus, and accept my existence without it! Maybe if I watch the whole 3 hours 1 minute and 39 seconds, I will be cured from my snus addiction permanently!!!

Suffering with a headache, having a lack of appetite, sitting on the toilet with loose bowels, you thought you were all cried out but you still feel the tickle of big hot drops one by one roll down your face and you're too depressed to wipe them away or to even stop staring at that spot in space you've been staring at ever since, soaking in a hot bath with the lights out and the door closed, in total darkness, AND as you listen, something funny makes you smile, the smile brings a fond memory, the memory envokes an accomplishment you set out to do and did it, your breathing gets deeper, your essence realigns with God and your strength becomes renewed from His love for you, and being alive is your proof that He's not done with you.

Sound healing isn't just a trend; it's tapping into the very essence of what our bodies are made of. Everything has its own optimum resonance, and when we're out of sync, things just feel... off, like the branches of the tree are swaying in way too much wind.
I've noticed that when I use 528Hz or similar tones, it feels like it's smoothing out the static in those neural branches. Definately helps with staying present when life gets chaotic and the mental "noise" starts to take over. It’s a great way to remember that we’re part of a much bigger, vibrating whole rather than just isolated individuals.
