Okay I thought I was crazy for thinking the HR derby was rigged. It seemed too perfect in terms of all the Raleigh hype leading up to the Derby. Rooker said he was told there'd be a swingoff too, iirc, and then MLB said "nah it's distance." Also, the justification for Brady Anderson juicing is kinda why I suspect Raleigh might be as well, though contextually in terms of his contract it doesn't make any sense.
