Unpopular opinion but I found this quite dull compared to Alina's program. Infact the jumps lacked power and luster too! Obviously Alina won.

She is very gifted skater but this program is so chaotic no wonder why alina won

Впервые пересмотрела это аыступлении Евгении. Не могла сиотреть.. Болела за нее тогда.
Кстати, золотой прокпт Алины пересматриваю часто. Он великолепен, конечно...

Это странго. Есть парадокс в том, что три последние Олимпиалы (2018, 2022, 2026) серебрянные призеры запомнились не меньше, и для многих стали сильнее победителей. Больше впечатлили, поразили эмоционально.
На самом деле, это просто о уровне конкуренции. Когда все решили несколько баллов, или нелепая ошибка. И субтективность критериев второй ( да и первой (goe)оценки в фигурном катании..
Я рада за победителей. Они прекрасны.
Но в моем сердце Евгения, Александра и Каори на одной ступени пьедестала с Алиной, Анной, Алисой.
Все перечисленные фигуристки абсолютно прекрасны. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I really liked Zagitova's performance but her PCS was overscored in presentation and composition. In my opinion, Zhenya's Free Skate was more complete in PCS, and should have pushed her past Zagitova.

I watched Zagitova first and thought she was great .... But this was something else... Zagitova shouldn't be hated, hate the judges... This was insane and needed a gold medal.

She won everything not once but twice and olympic gold would have made her a super slammer

Most speak about how great her artisity was and that she lost because alinas jumps were better my personal experience after watching this performance is that it was indeed great but didn't feel enough you what mean like when I watched alinas I was convinced she got the medal before I even got to compare with this one. the confidence the jumps the presence the smile pushing through the whole performance the power of alinas whole programming got her the gold medal and considering the bullying by eteri because she wasn't her favorite and expecting nothing from her but to go home really proved that alinas mentality going out there and winning gold was one of an athlete even if all odds were against here she is the youngest superslam winner ❤

Best performance of the Olympics in 2020. ISU really needs to consider what they view difficulty in their point system. When you can emote and connect this much, it's worth a lot. There wouldn't be an ISU without fans of the sport. Give us what we want and reward those who give it to us. Alysa Liu is a prime example, finally, we get someone who connects, and on top of it, skates to fun music that everyone likes, and is a joy. We need more of this un-robotic skating just to rack of points.

I have to admit, aside from the more difficult jumping passes of her teammate, I think this program should have won. She emotes and connects with the music so beautifully.

I hadn't seen her skate in years and then this video showed up on my recommendations, Medvedeva is still my all time favorite and I know that perhaps her technical skills were no match for the 3A girls that came after but I think that she was the perfect "overall" skater because of her technical elements, her performance skills, her grace and her beauty as a real ice queen, but that's just me I guess.

Толкова е възхитителна Женя и тази програма. Върнах се, за да гледам пак след Олимпийските игри и Световното по фигурно пързаляне в Прага 2026.
Няма такова изящество и изкуство върху леда като при руските фигуристи.
Нищо не ме впечатли нито от Милано Кортина нито от Прага.
Но не знам защо се правят всички тези сравнения с Алина. Нейните "Черен лебед" и "Дон Кихот" също са незабравими и прекрасни.
А Женя беше наистина като истинска Анна Каренина.
Трябваше да има по два златни медала - за Жена и Алина през 2018 и за Анна и Саша през 2022. ❤❤❤❤
