Known as the White City, Ostuni old town is a mix of pretty whitewashed shops, cafes and restaurants and private residences. Ostuni Cathedral sits high on a hill and is accessible via the winding narrow cobbled streets up a steep incline. The 15 min walk will take your breath away for many reasons, but it's a delightful place to spend a few hours.

Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks and people that know how to live very close to heaven, while still connected to their home soil. In Apulien gibt es weniger Erdbeben als z.B. in den Abruzzen, da Apulien auf der afrikanischen Erdplatte liegt.
Meine Favoriten in Apulien liegen in folgendem Dreieck: Monopoli, Polignano a mare, Fasano, Ostuni, Gallipoli, Lecce und Brindisi.
Der Rest Italiens ist aber auch sehr lebenswert ;-)
