Directions for Fish Preparation:

In a bowl add fish, flour, chili sauce, black pepper powder, garlic powder, salt and mix it well. Rest for 15-20 mins.

In a pan heat oil and place marinated fish. Cook each side for 3-4 mins. Set aside.

Directions for Lemon Butter Sauce Preparation:

In a pan heat butter and cook until it melts. Add garlic and cook for a minute.

Add flour and cook for 1-2 mins. Add chicken stock, lemon juice, crushed black pepper, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.

Your lemon butter sauce is ready. Serve it with the prepared fish and enjoy.

Prep time: 15-20 mins

Cooking time: 20-25 mins

Servings: 3-4
