I truly believe the reason why she chose a Judge trial, is because she is wholly unlikable. I think her attorney knew this and truly believed there’d be no way a jury would side with her.
Then after the fact, they tried to blame the attorney for using a judge when it was HER say ultimately.
And no way they could’ve used an actual doctor about POTs cuz no way they would’ve said even IF she had it…no way her foot would get locked on the accelerator.
I know her attorney knew these things and no way was going to set
them up by trying to use experts when THEN the prosecutor would eat them up and make them seem worse.
Her attorney knew all of these things.
It’s up to HIM to bring these things up but then once they submit them…THEN it’s the prosecutor who can absolutely prove they’re lying.
THATs why her attorney wasn’t going to open that can of worms without being able to prove anything that’d actually help Mackenzie. If he brought ANY professionals…it would’ve backfired.

I just want my medical insurance back. What about offering housing to those in need out of prison. A job? Where is that? Free classes on a variety of subjects; I could have sworn I didn’t see that one any news outlets. Affordability for food, gas, utilities; too many are struggling or going without many of the basic needs.
Yes, I am in a RAGE!!! This government regime is literally stealing benefits from millions of people in desperate need, who are innocent of crimes, elderly, disabled, young children. Who out there is standing up for us.
Please know, I stood up for prison reforms. Lesson sentences for non-serious offenders. Get people out from long sentences for minor drug offenses. Women who acted in retaliation from years of horrendous abuses. I’m also for the harshest punishment for those who have walked over the lines into the most evil of crimes.
I want people to get rehabilitation. I want people who will come out to not re-offend. Yet, while you’re in there get your shat together. Own up to your BS.
We out here have lives on the line, and people to look out for.

After she got busted and sent to “jail”..she’s only been in there for a few years and already has TWO Masters and I think working on her doctorate.
