3 things that I believe is wrong from this recipe.
1. Yellow bean paste isn't an ingredient to the korean black bean noodles
2. Adding chicken broth kinda ruins the flavor. Water alone should of been added to combine the flavors of the meat and vegetables instead of broth.
3. Washing the noodles with cold water helps make the noodles chewy and they could of still heated by using boiling eater.
Im sorry if I am being rude from a video that was made years ago. But I think calling it korean black bean noodles didn't seem accurate to me.

My daughter is Gluten Free so we made hers over rice noodles and then just plain rice. She said it was great both times, but loved it on plain rice the best. But it's very versatile and all my picky eaters at home LOVED it!!
