I enjoyed your show you're one of the few that buy protein in large quantities not just chicken bacon and some cheese and a lot of snacks I'm sure you got your snacks but you brought the pork the beef you bought food food and I enjoyed watching people do that!! Because I shop like that it's just my husband and I now that the children are grown and in their own home we spend anywhere from 2300 to 2700 and it lasts us a year other than bread eggs milk!!

@patrickturner88174:31 if I could offer any advice to anyone I would recommend looking into laundry detergent sheets. They weigh nearly nothing and it is a concentrate so you only need one small sheet for a standard load 2 for a heavy soil or large load. It's been a life saver and space saver for me. The price is much cheaper too.

@TammieTaylor-o3sAs an European, I find it pretty nice to see what the other people in the other parts of this world are buying for their daily meals. However, as I saw the ''parmigiano'' in big plastic jars and the big ''Swiss cheese'' chunks for a few dollars, I was rather disappointed. This, at least down here, is not a sign for ''healthy, genuine food'', but for highly processed, ''fake'' food items. Real ''parmigiano'' stays in the fridge, not in plastic jars and for $4 you may probably get not more than 0,5 ounce of the cheapest but real Swiss cheese, though.
