*PART THE FIRST:*
*Scene 1: Isaiah’s prophecy of salvation*
A beautiful and moving performance of this timeless work of faith and inspiration. All the lovely English faces and their angelic voices take me back 60+ years to listening to my mother sing in the choir in a little rural town in California. Their performance was not as polished or well dressed as this one, but the magic of the music and its impact is the same.
No, this music never grows old, although we do. It makes me cry more now, too.
Thanks for sharing this.
I'm listening to this in the early hours of the morning of a warm summer evening. The message is just as powerful.
00:40 1. Symphony
03:48 2. Comfort ye my people (Accompagnato - Tenor)

06:48 3. Every valley shall be exalted (Aria - Tenor)
10:30 4. And the glory of the Lord (Chorus)
This is a brilliant performance.
*Scene 2: The coming judgement*
13:25 5. Thus saith the Lord, the Lord of hosts (Accompagnato - Bass)
Everything about this video is enjoyable.
15:18 6. But who may abide the day of His coming (Aria - Alto)
19:48 7. And He shall purify (Chorus)
The effort really shows.
*Scene 3: The prophecy of Christ’s birth*
22:36 8. Behold, a virgin shall conceive (Recitative - Alto)
Kunst die unvergänglich ist ! Grandios !
23:00 9. O thou that tellest good tidings to Zion (Aria - Alto and Chorus)
28:46 10. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth (Accompagnato - Bass)
Thank you. To God be the Glory Father Son and Holy Spirit Amen.
31:00 11. The people that walked in darkness (Aria - Bass)
34:51 12. For unto us a child is born (Chorus)
If imperfect sinful human can produce such glorious worship music to our heavenly Father, imagine the beauty of Angel worship of God.
I do not know about anyone else but I want to end up in heaven and have eternal life where the Lord Jesus Christ is where such love, beauty, and peace reside.
*Scene 4: The annunciation to the shepherds*
39:15 13. Pifa
From every generation shall the glory of God come forth.
40:12 14a. There were shepherds abiding in the field (Recitative - Soprano)
40:25 14b. And Lo, the angel of the lord came up on them (Accompagnato - Soprano)
There is nothing more beautiful than praise worship to the Almighty God. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for the New Covenant that gave all mankind the righteous path out of permanent death of sin on to everlasting life which God the Father prepared for all human from the beginning. Your love in taking our place on the Cross is forever appreciated. It took way the bondage and burden of sin for all those who gladly take the offer of life instead of death which sin brings for those who refuse to repent or worship the Father whose love you gladly expressed for all.
40:44 15. And the angel said unto them (Recitative - Soprano)
41:15 16. And suddenly there was with the angel (Recitative - Soprano)
Whoever added this to my feed. May God Bless you!
41:33 17. Glory to God (Chorus)
*Scene 5: Christ’s healing and redemption*
Classical Music originated from the Church. Who will believe when atheists are trying to disconect it from its roots. It was removed from where it belong, the Church to chambers and now halls built by Atheists and the J who stills everything that come out of the Church try to change it and take credit for it.
43:44 18. Rejoice greatly (Aria - Soprano)
48:24 19. Then shall the eyes of the blind be opened (Recitative - Alto)

48:58 20. He shall feed His Flock like a shepherd (Duet - Alto, Soprano)

*Scene 2: The Day of Judgment*
