I really loved this manwha. This is my favorite fight of the entire series and yes, is not the best animation, but I still think it is pretty cool to have it animated. Right now the manhwa is very shitty, they are just extending it to infinity when it should have ended a long time ago.
The best part of the manhwa in my opinion is the beginning, looking at the protagonist be 1vs1 with a lot of street fighters with different expertise in martial arts is really something else.

For people who are gonna defend the animation
Yes we know japan and any part of the animation industry sucks
But our point still stands When you dont have to slow down a freaking punch to explain a punch the show should only be slow when its exaplaining things
not when fighting is happening the acceptation is a characters monologuing or when they are explaining how the technique works.
