@anthonygeiger5789Joel, i got a recipe for chicken wings where you can bake them instead of deep frying and it really does work. You would swear they were deep fried, and if you are interested, i will forward it to you, it is rather simple. It is very close to your recipe with 1 extra ingredient, and a small change in the way you sauce them.
